What is it?
Honeywell Controller Interface (HCi) is a universal interface for control systems that supports multiple protocols, including serial communication, Ethernet TCP/IP, USB, and wireless (as a special option). It has multiple display sizes to choose from, ranging from 5 inches to 15 inches, as well as standard and widescreen formats. It can be quickly configured using simple accompanying tools and has intuitive, graphical, and other useful predefined features. HCi is suitable for demanding applications, with an all metal casing and waterproof front panel components.
How does it work?
The HCi series includes the HCi Design Studio (HDS) PC configuration tool, which supports Ethernet based connections and has an intuitive user interface as well as various protocols for connecting to on-site controllers. It includes one USB port for configuration or two USB host ports for expanding data export functionality and connecting to USB devices such as barcode readers. It has customized display development tools, user-friendly touch screen control, monitoring data packets during runtime, screen capture, multi screen synchronous display, movie display, camera input, HDMI video output, and print output functions.

Honeywell HCi has shortened project time and reduced total operating costs for users through its convenient database import function. It accepts interface maps exported from HC Designer, ControlEdge Builder, and third-party product tools.
